Perbandingan Metode Maserasi, Remaserasi, Perkolasi dan Reperkolasi dalam Ekstraksi Senyawa Aktif Andrographolide dari Tanaman Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata (Burm.F.) Nees)

Abstract

Andrographis paniculata Nees has been extensively used for traditional medicine and help against fever, dysentery, diarrhoea, inflammation, and sore throat. In this study, andrographolide, the main component of this plant was extracted from the leaves of A. paniculata using maceration, remaceration, percolation, and repercolation. The methode are compared to get the best methode. The extraction using ethanol 95% to this solvent in 1:10 and operated at room temperature. The specific parameters are yield and content of andrographolide. The identity of andrographolide was confirmed by HPLC. The result indicated that the best of method is remaceration which yield is about 9,9-11,9%.
