      Abstract
      Noise in some places especially in the work place must be suit to the noise level value. Because the continuous noise makes the fatal effect for the human ear in the curtain time. The allowable value of noise is 85 dB(A) for 8 hours. So if the noise out of the noise level value, it must be reduced. The measurement of noise use a digital tool, it’s Sound Level Meter. Lighting is one of important factors when doing some kinds of objetcs. The workshops need lighting when making many size of the objetcs. For example when determining the points of the measurement drilling, cutting the metal sheet, setting the small components, etc. The lighting which is needed for doing the workshop activities is 300 lux. The lighting was measured by a digital tool, it was lux meter. The results of the noise and the lighting measurement were entered to the Golden Surfer Software to get the maps of the noise and lighting performance. In the big workshop (PT Agrindo) the noise reached the level 103 dB(A) and the lighting reached 5000 lux. The simple workshop (CV Daud Teknik Maju) the noise reached 102 dB(A) and the lighting reached 3000 lux.
