Deficiency of vitamin A and xerophtalmia is one of the main nutritional problem in Indonesia. Indonesian commodity which contain highest vitamin A is red palm oil. To be made as transparentcolor cooking oil, the crude palm oil shall through a bleaching process, of which that process will destruct the carotenoids contained in the crude palm oil. Therefore, the government have issued a regulation which stipulates that the producers of cooking oil must add vitamin A as fortificant. The objectives of this study were to determine and analyze respondents’ attitude and behaviour of SawitA products consumption in Sinarsari Village. This study was conducted in 3 steps, i.e (1) socialization of the products (2) distribution of products (3) monitoring of respondents. The results showed that the socialization of palm oil, its products and benefits increased the knowledge of respondents. There is a significant and strong relationship between knowledge about health and respondents’ attitude. There is also a significant relationship between the tendency of consumers to consume palm oil products with frequency of palm oil products usage. The respondents in Sinarsari Village preferred red palm oil without fractination products to CPO products
