Abstract
Indonesia is a contry with a high population growth and various natural resources. These great natural resources are potential to fulfill the needs of food.Two varietis of Indonesia's agricultural commodities are tuber crops and legumes. Both resources are potential crops to be utilized as source of food. Utilization of local food resources could be developed through its processed product. Product development is focused on creating a new product that meets the consumer requirements. Nowadays consumer require a product that is practical, available in any size, and easy to find. Cookies is a product that fits the criteria, therefore a cookies product with a sago, sweet potato and mung bean as main ingredients is developed.
