Analisis pengaruh faktor-faktor motivasi kerja terhadap peningkatan produktivitas karyawan (Studi kasus di kantor pusat PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. Jakarta)
Abstract
PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. Is one of the largest palm coconut enterprise in the world. As a world class enterprise, it must have high productivity from the employees, especially management employees in the head office. High productivity is main supporting factor for enterprise's success in the hard global competition. High rate employee productivity is a mirror from effectively human resources management application in the enterprise . Employee productivity has no saturated point to increase. Because of that, in order to progress and develop this enterprise, it is important to analyze about the employee productivity, there are five factors that can used as references, selection, manpower control, completing organization structure, human resources development, and motivation. From those five function, motivation is the most influence toward employee productivity increase because it come from employee it self.
