Abstract
Nutritional fact in food products has enormous importance for customers. The development of nutritional fact and any claims of the food products must follow certain regulations from Indonesian Authorities. Case study to develop nutritional fact and potential claims for biscuit, cookies, wafer and wafer stick products in PT. Arnotts Indonesia includes analysis and verification of nutrition content in the products and calculation which align with last updated regulations from BPOM and Indonesian Health Ministry. Accurate proximate analysis from representative samples for nutrition content holds significant importance in the reliability of the nutritional fact and claim developed. The nutrition fact and claims of the product then can be written down in the packaging by following the Food Labeling guidelines.
