      Abstract
      Tepung beras berkonsentrat protein (BBP)dibuat dari tepung beras secara proses enzimatik dengan bantuan enzim glukoamilase yang memecah pati beras menjadi bentuk yang lebih sederhana. Protein beras terkumpul dalam pati yang tidak dipecah.
