      Tempe merupakan bahan pangan yang memiliki banyak keunggulan sehingga banyak digemari masyarakat Indonesia maupun mencanegara seperti Amerika dan Jepang. Selain cita rasanya yang khas danharganya yang relatif murah, bahan pangan ini mengandung nilai gizi yang tinggi.
