      Aspergilus niger merupakan salah satu kapang potensial penghasil enzim dan telah dimanfaatkan secara luas dalam berbagai industri. Pada penelitian ini A. niger dimanfaatkan sebagai penghasil enzim pemecah pati pada limbah cair tahu.
