      Abstract
      Rambutan (Nephalium lappaceum L.) adalah salah satu buah0buahan musiman asli Indonesia yang menghadapi masalah kelebihan produksi pada saat panen raya. Beberapa cara pengolahan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah pengalengan, , pembuatan selai, sari buah anggur, anggur buah dan cuka buah.
