      Abstract
      Tauco merupakan salah satu jenis malranan hasil fermentasi d i Indonesia, khususnya d i daernh Jaws Barnt. Tnuco dibuat dari kedelai kuning dan biasanya digunakan sebagai bumbu penyedap masakan. Proses pembuatan tauco melalui dua tahap fermentasi yaitu fermentasi kapany; dan fermentasi larutan garam.
