      Abstract
      Buah melon (Cucumis me10 L) tergolong sebagai buah pendatang baru dibanding dengan semangka dan blewah. Seperti jenis buah lainnya , buah melon mempunyai sifat mudah rusak setelah dipanen. oleh sebab itu perlu penanganan lebih lanjut agar buah tersebut bisa niempunyai nilai ekonomis lebih tinggi .
