      Abstract
      Terdapat empat jenis karkas ayam yang dihasilkan oleh industri pemotongan ayam di kodya Bogor, yaitu ayam kampung, petelur jantan, broiler, dan apkir. Rendemen karkas untuk setiap jenis ayam berturur-turut adalah 72,67%, 76,42%, 77,31% dan 80,04%.
