      Abstract
      Sayuran merupakan bahan pangan yang penting untuk dikonsumsi karena mengandung zat gizi yang diperlukan oleh tubuh. Sayuran dapat dikonsumsi dalam bentuk segar (lalapan) maupun bentuk olahan. Salah satu bentuk makanan olahan sayuran yang populer di Indonesia adalah gado-gado.
