Abstract

The objectives of the research is to study factors that influence raw material inventory control policy, making model for inventory control system that suits on the company and to develop the model to anticipate stockout and excess of raw material. Inventory control affects the company production fluency. This research is limited by the main raw material in medium and liner (carton box material) paper processing.
