      Abstract
      Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari sifat fisik dan sifat kimia sirup gula merah dengan bahan baku yang berbeda, yaitu nira aren, nira kelapa, gula merah aren dan gula merah kelapa. Kemudian dilakukan perbandingan sirup gula merah dengan bahan baku berbeda tersebut berdasaTkan sifat fisik dan sifat kimia yang diperoleh.
