      Abstract
In Indonesia, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are growing rapidly. However, the number of companies with halal certification remains low despite the obligation for halal certification on food products to be implemented in October 2024. This gap is primarily due to a lack of awareness about the certification process. Halal certification serves to instill consumer confidence in the halal status of a product and safeguard against the consumption of non-halal foods. To address this issue, the Free Halal Certification Program (SEHATI) by BPJPH offers a free Self-Declare certification scheme facilitated by Halal Product Process (PPH) Facilitators, enabling MSMEs to obtain halal certification at no cost. MSME X has been producing cookies since 2019 and does not yet have halal certification. The MSME desires halal certification, but its owner lacks an understanding of the halal certification application process and is concerned about associated costs. The thesis aims to assist MSME X in obtaining halal certification with the help of a PPH Facilitator. MSME X must adhere to the five main aspects of SJPH implementation: commitment and responsibility, materials, halal product processes, products, and monitoring and evaluation. All required documentation must be submitted through the SIHALAL website. At the end of the PPH mentoring process, MSME X successfully fulfills all aspects of SJPH implementation and submits all necessary documentation to achieve Halal Certification through the Self-Declare Scheme.
