Strategi Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku di MRMP BULOG Kendal

Abstract

Penanganan pascapanen pada tanaman padi merupakan salah satu proses paling penting dalam produksi beras bermutu tinggi. Tahapan proses tersebut harus dilakukan dengan metode dan teknologi yang tepat agar menghasilkan beras berkualitas tinggi dan meminimalkan penyusutan mutu dan penyusutan jumlah serta mengefisienkan produksi beras. Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku merupakan hal yang sangat penting, sebab bahan baku merupakan salah satu faktor yang menjamin kelancaran proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menghitung tata niaga dan estimasi biaya bahan baku dan harga jual produk, menentukan hasil peramalan penjualan produk dan menghitung kebutuhan bahan baku, serta menetukan sistem pengendalian persediaan bahan baku. Metode yang digunakan adalah perhitungan estimasi biaya bahan baku dan harga jual produk, peramalan penjualan dengan metode Holt’s Two Parameters, dan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dengan metode Economic Order Quantity. Berdasarkan data bulan Februari – Maret 2023 didapatkan bahwa total biaya pengolahan bahan baku sebesar Rp 6.776,77 per kg serta harga jual beras sebesar Rp 10.569,73 per kg. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penjualan selama tiga bulan ke depan diperlukan GKP sebanyak 1.223.734,96 kg. Dalam tiga bulan mendatang, perusahaan juga sebaiknya dapat melakukan pembelian GKP sebanyak 7.094,49 kilogram per pembelian sebanyak 171 kali beli dan 10.577,17 kilogram GKP per pembelian sebanyak 1 kali beli. Postharvest handling of rice plants is one of the most important processes in the production of high quality rice. The stages of the process must be carried out with the right method and technology in order to produce high-quality rice and minimize quality and quantity losses and make rice production efficient. Raw material inventory control is very important, because raw materials are one of the factors that ensure the smooth production process. This study aims to analyze and calculate the trading system and estimate the cost of raw materials and selling prices of products, determine the results of product sales forecasting and calculate the need for raw materials, and determine the raw material inventory control system. The method used is the calculation of estimated raw material costs and product selling prices, sales forecasting using the Holt's Two Parameters method, and raw material inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity method. Based on data for February - March 2023 it was found that the total cost of processing raw materials was IDR 6,776.77 per kg and the selling price of rice was IDR 10,569.73 per kg. To meet sales needs for the next three months, 1,223,734.96 kg of GKP is required. In the next three months, companies should also be able to purchase GKP of 7,094.49 kilograms per purchase of 171 purchases and 10,577.17 kilograms of GKP per purchase of 1 purchase.
