      Perancangan Desain Tata Letak Industri Telur Asin Rendah Kolesterol di Cilincing - Jakarta Utara

      Abstract
      Telur asin merupakan produk olahan telur yang cukup digemari masyarakat. Diketahui setiap harinya terdapat permintaan sebesar 6000 butir telur asin untuk gerai Indomaret di Jabodetabek. Industri telur asin rendah kolesterol di Cilincing, Jakarta Utara merupakan industri yang baru akan didirikan. Agar memperoleh izin edar produk dan sertfikasi NKV untuk unit usaha produk hewan, maka harus dilakukan perancangan tata letak yang sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan perancangan tata letak untuk menjamin efisiensi proses dalam jangka panjang. Perancangan tata letak dilakukan dengan metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) dan algoritma Corelap. Perancangan tata letak dilakukan dengan memperhatikan aspek yang disyaratkan dalam CPPOB dan sertifikasi NKV. Hasil rancangan tata letak terdiri dari sembilan area produksi, tiga gudang, satu toilet, satu ruang ganti, dan satu kantor. Total luas yang diperlukan hasil penyesuaian sebesar 133,71 m2. Hasil simulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak Flexsim didapatkan total jarak perpindahan material sebesar 1111,76 m untuk kapasitas 3000 butir dan ketika kapasitas gudang telur dan gudang produk digunakan sepenuhnya.
       
      Salted eggs are a processed egg product that is quite popular among the community. It is known that there is a daily demand of 6000 pieces of salted eggs for Indomaret outlets in the Jabodetabek area. The low-cholesterol salted egg industry in Cilincing, North Jakarta, is a newly established industry. In order to obtain product distribution permits and NKV (Animal Products) certification for the animal product business unit, a layout design must be created in accordance with the applicable regulations. Additionally, a layout design is necessary to ensure long-term process efficiency. The layout design is carried out using the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method and the Corelap algorithm. The layout design takes into account the aspects required in the CPPOB and NKV certification. The resulting layout design consists of nine production areas, three warehouses, one toilet, one changing room, and one office. The total required area after adjustments is 133.71 m2. Simulation results using Flexsim software indicate a total material movement distance of 1111.76 m for a capacity of 3000 pieces when both the egg warehouse and product warehouse capacities are fully utilized.
