PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS PRODUKSI DAN ANALISA KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL DI PT SUTAN VET MEDIKA

Abstract

NIKKI FAUZI NUGROHO. Peningkatan Kapasitas Produksi dan Analisa Kelayakan Finansial di PT Sutan Vet Mediika. Dibimbing oleh ILLAH SAILAH dan HARTRISARI HARDJOMIDJOJO. PT Sutan Vet Medika memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksinya yang didukung dengan didapatkannya dana hibah. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk mendesain proyek pengembangan kapasitas produksi dan menganalisa kelayakan finansial proyek pengembangan. Proyek berfokus pada produk sutan. Proyek pengembangan dirancang untuk memenuhi target pertahunnya dengan pendapatan sebesar 1,4 miliar. Nilai tersebut dicapai dengan melakukan 4 kali produksi setiap bulan dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 601 botol, sehingga dapat dihasilkan 2.404 botol setiap bulan. Mesin dan alat yang digunakan yaitu baskom, baskom jaring, oven dryer, mesin miller, mesin mixer, kapsul filler, dan freezer. Waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam 1 kali produksi yaitu 12 jam 42 menit. Menggunakan metode full costing, diperoleh HPP dari proyek pengembangan produk sebesar Rp 34.155. Proyek pengembangan dinyatakan layak berdasaran keempat kriteria dengan hasil NPV Rp 433.908.287, net B/C 2,82, dan payback period 1 tahun 29 hari. Proyek pengembangan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan lebih besar dibandingan dengan kondisi saat ini dengan nilai R/C ratio setelah pengembangan proyek yaitu 1,14 serta opportunity cost yang hilang apabila proyek ini tidak dijalani sebesar Rp 246.969.538.

PT Sutan Vet Medika has the potential to increase its production capacity by obtaining grant funding support. This project aims to design a production capacity development project and analyze the financial feasibility of the project. The project focuses on the Sutan product. The development project is designed to achieve the annual revenue target of 1.4 billion. This number could be achieved by conducting 4 production cycles in a month with production capacity as much as 601 bottles for each cycle. Thus, as many as 2.404 bottles could be produced every month. The machines and equipment used are basins, mesh basins, oven dryer, milling machine, mixing machine, capsule filler, and freezer. Time required for one production cycle is 12 hours 42 minutes. By using the full costing method, the development project’s HPP as much as Rp 34.155 is obtained. The development project is considered feasible based one the four criteria followed by the results, namely NPV Rp 433.908.287, net B/C 2,82, and payback period 1 year 29 day. The development project generates higher revenue compared to the existing condition, with an R/C ratio 1.14 and opportunity cost have lost if this project is not paid is Rp 246.969.538.
