      Analisis Finansial Pengembangan Produk Minuman Serbuk Kesehatan

      Abstract
      PT Liza Herbal International merupakan salah satu perusahaan penghasil produk-produk berbahan herbal yang sedang berencana untuk melakukan pengembangan produk minuman serbuk untuk kesehatan berbasis meniran sehingga dalam proses pengembangan produk tersebut diperlukan analisis finansial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan finansial dan sensitivitas pengembangan produk minuman serbuk meniran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang terdiri atas perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP), harga jual produk, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Return on Investment (ROI), payback period, dan analisis sensitivitas. Hasil perhitungan menghasilkan HPP sebesar Rp 13.233 dan harga jual sebesar Rp 20.000 untuk satu kemasan produk. Hasil analisis kelayakan finansial menunjukkan bahwa rencana pengembangan produk tersebut layak untuk dijalankan dengan nilai NPV Rp 16.294.978.329, net B/C 3,49, IRR 42%, payback period 3,24 tahun, dan ROI 70,67%. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas, pengembangan produk serbuk minuman meniran memiliki tingkat sensitivitas yang tinggi pada volume penjualan produk.
       
      PT Liza Herbal International is one of the companies producing herbal-based products which is planning to develop meniran-based powder drink products for health, that’s why the product development process requires financial analysis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity of meniran powder drink product development. The method used is a quantitative method which consists of calculating the Cost of Production (HPP), product selling prices, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Return on Investment (ROI), payback period, and sensitivity analysis. The calculation results cost of production of IDR 13,233 and a selling price of IDR 20,000 for one product package. The results of the financial feasibility analysis show that the product development plan is feasible with an NPV value of IDR Rp 16,294,978,329, net B/C of 3.49, IRR of 42%, payback period of 3.24 years, and ROI of 70.67%. Meanwhile, based on the sensitivity analysis, the development of meniran drink powder product has a high level of sensitivity to changes in the number of produts sold.
