      Abstract
      Pabrik X merupakan pabrik yang mengolah kulit hingga menjadi kulit tersamak. Sepanjang proses produksi yang dilakukan, digunakan alat – alat besar serta banyak penggunaan bahan – bahan kimia yang memiliki banyak risiko bagi para pekerja. Evaluasi Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) dilakukan dengan menggunakan standar AS: NZS 2004 dimana tahapan evaluasi Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja adalah identifikasi risiko, analisis risiko, dan pengendalian risiko. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, risiko yang teridentifikasi adalah bahaya fisik dan kimia yang dihasilkan selama proses produksi. Setelah proses identifikasi dilakukan, analisis risiko dilakukan dengan matriks untuk mengetahui tingkatan bahaya dari setiap proses dengan perhitungan Risk Score = Impact Level x Likelihood dimana hasil dari perhitungan tersebut digunakan untuk pertimbangan pengendalian risiko. Pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan adalah perancangan instruksi kerja pada setiap proses dan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang sesuai untuk setiap proses.
       
      Factory X is a factory that processes leather to become tanned leather. Throughout the production process, large tools are used, and many chemicals are used, which have a lot of risks for workers. Evaluation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is carried out using AS: NZS 2004, where the stages of Occupational Health and Safety evaluation are risk identification, risk analysis, and risk control. Based on the observation results, the identified risks are physical and chemical hazards generated during production. After identification, a risk analysis is carried out with a matrix to determine each method’s hazard level by calculating Risk Score = Impact Level x Likelihood where the calculation results are used to consider risk control. Risk control is carried out by designing work instructions for each process and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each method.
