Analisis Kelayakan Pendirian Pabrik Label Indikator Pendeteksi Kesegaran Fillet Ikan

Abstract

Label indikator merupakan teknologi kemasan cerdas yang telah dikembangkan sebagai pendeteksi kerusakan produk yang disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme. Label ini diletakkan pada kemasan produk dan akan berubah warna jika terjadi penurunan kualitas dari fillet ikan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelayakan pendirian industri label indikator kerusakan fillet ikan yang meliputi aspek pasar, aspek teknis dan teknologi, aspek manajemen organisasi, aspek finansial termasuk analisis sensitivitas. Kapasitas produksi label indikator sebanyak 6 000 label perhari. Modal investasi total yang diperlukan dalam industri label indikator adalah sebesar Rp 432 954 504 dengan modal investasi tetap yang diperlukan adalah Rp 302 131 570 dan modal kerja sebesar Rp 130 822 934. Berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan finansial, industri layak untuk dijalankan dengan NPV yang didapatkan sebesar Rp 613 871 627, IRR sebesar 24.88%, gross B/C ratio sebesar 2.42, dan PBP selama 7 tahun 8 bulan. Berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas, jika biaya bahan baku naik 5%, biaya tetap naik 12% dan harga jual turun 3.5% maka industri ini tidak layak untuk didirikan.

The indicator label is a smart packaging technology that has been developed to detect product damage caused by microorganisms. This label is placed on the product packaging and will change color if there is a decrease in the quality of the fish fillet. This study aims to assess the feasibility of establishing an industrial fish fillet damage indicator label which includes market aspects, technical and technological aspects, organizational management aspects, financial aspects including sensitivity analysis. The production capacity of indicator labels is 6 000 labels per day. The total investment capital required in the indicator label industry is Rp 432 954 504 with the fixed investment capital required is Rp 302 131 570 and working capital is Rp 130 822 934. Based on the financial feasibility criteria, the industry is feasible to run with an NPV obtained of Rp 613 871 627, IRR of 24.88%, gross B/C ratio of 2.42, and PBP for 7 years and 8 months. Based on the sensitivity analysis, if the cost of raw materials increases by 5%, fixed costs increase by 12% and the selling price decreases by 3.5%, then this industry is not feasible to establish.
