      Penentuan Jumlah Standar Pekerja Departemen Produksi PT XYZ dengan Metode Work load Analysis

      Abstract
      Penentuan Jumlah Standar Pekerja Departemen Produksi PT XYZ dengan Metode Work Load Analysis. Dibimbing oleh MACHFUD. Workload analysis merupakan salah satu metode analisis beban kerja yang dimiliki oleh suatu pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jumlah beban kerja yang diterima pekerja sehingga diperoleh hasil yang dapat digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah pekerja standar yang dibutuhkan. Perhitungan beban kerja diawali dengan mengetahui deskripsi pekerjaan yang dimiliki masing-masing subdepartemen, menghitung nilai kelonggaran (allowance) yang ada di lapangan, dan menghitung waktu produktif kerja menggunakan metode jam henti (Stopwatch motion study). Jumlah pekerja standar selanjutnya dihitung menggunakan metode perhitungan KEP/75/M.PAN/7/2004. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa beban kerja rata-rata yang dimiliki oleh setiap subdepartemen Produksi yakni subdepartemen Asisten Supervisor sebesar 109%, subdepartemen Penimbangan Serbuk sebesar 104%, subdepartemen Penimbangan Cair sebesar 103.8%, subdepartemen Pencampuran sebesar 103.8%, subdepartemen Pengeluaran sebesar 108.1%, subdepartemen Pemotongan sebesar 103.9%, subdepartemen Pemuatan sebesar 120.4%. Keseluruhan subdepartemen termasuk ke dalam kategori kelebihan beban kerja (overload). Berdasarkan besarnya beban kerja yang diterima oleh pekerja, jumlah standar pekerja tiap subdepartemen adalah 2 orang (Asisten Supervisor), 1 orang (Penimbangan Serbuk), 1 orang (Penimbangan Cair), 14 orang (Pencampuran), 5 orang (Pengeluaran), 18 orang (Pemotongan), dan 2 orang (Pemuatan). Total selisih pekerja yang ada dengan jumlah standar pekerja yang dibutuhkan yakni sebanyak 13 orang pekerja. Kata kunci: Jumlah standar pekerja, stopwatch motion study, work load analysis
       
      Determination of the Standard Number of Workers at PT XYZ Production Department Using Work Load Analysis Method. Supervised by MACHFUD. Workload analysis is one of the methods of analyzing the workload of a job. This study aims to analyze the amount of workload received by workers to obtain results that can be used to calculate the number of standard workers needed. The workload calculation begins with knowing the job descriptions of each sub-department, calculating the allowance value in the field, and calculating work productive time using the stopwatch motion study method. The number of standard workers is then calculated using the KEP/75/M.PAN/7/2004 calculation method. The results obtained indicate that the average workload of each Production sub-department is the Assistant supervisor sub-department of 109%, the powder weighing sub-department of 104%, the liquid weighing sub-department of 103.8%, the mixing sub-department of 103.8%, the extruding sub-department of 108.1%, cutting sub-department by 103.9%, loading sub-department by 120.4%. All sub-departments fall into the overload category. Based on the amount of workload received by workers, the standard number of workers for each sub-department is 2 people (Assistant Supervisor) 1 person (Powder Weighing), 1 person (Liquid Weighing), 14 people (Mixing), 5 people (Extruding), 18 people (Cutting), and 2 people (Loading).
