      Abstract
      PD Tanisha Putri merupakan salah satu produsen permen karamel susu di Kabupaten Garut yang memiliki kendala dalam strategi pengembangan konsumen. Pengembangan konsumen perlu dilakukan untuk memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan menggunakan konsep evaluasi hingga menemukan keputusan terbaik yang dijabarkan melalui model bisnis kanvas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan konsumen melalui metode model bisnis kanvas, pengembangan produk, dan ukuran pasar. Pada tahap evaluasi model bisnis kanvas dihasilkan perubahan pada elemen proposisi nilai, segmen pelanggan, hubungan pelanggan, saluran penjualan, dan aktivitas kunci. Hasil pengembangan produk berupa penambahan dari segi varian rasa dan desain kemasan. Varian rasa yang ditambahkan antara lain melon, kacang, dan durian. Evaluasi model bisnis kanvas mengakibatkan berubahnya ukuran pasar produk sehingga perlu dilakukan perhitungan ukuran pasar. Perhitungan ukuran pasar produk permen karamel susu Casuga menunjukan adanya peningkatan dari 14.400 menjadi 111.764 konsumen per tahun. Kata kunci: model bisnis kanvas, permen karamel susu, ukuran pasar.
       
      PD Tanisha Putri is one of the caramel milk candy producers in Garut Regency which has problems in consumer development strategies. Consumer development needs to be done to understand and meet consumer needs by using the concept of evaluation to find the best decisions that are described through the canvas business model. This study aims to develop consumers through the canvas business model method, product development, and market size. In the evaluation stage of the canvas business model, changes are made to the elements of the value proposition, customer segments, customer relationships, sales channels, and key activities. The product development results are in the form of additions in terms of flavor variants and packaging designs. The flavors added include melon, peanut and durian. Evaluation of the canvas business model results in changes in the size of the product market so that it is necessary to calculate the market size. Calculation of the market size of Casuga's milk caramel candy products shows an increase from 14.400 to 111.764 consumers per year
