Abstract: The aim of the research was to study the symbiotic effectiveness of seven strains of acid-aluminium tolerance Bradyrhizobium japonicum on soybean plant cultivar Slamet. The research conducted in the greenhouse and used complete randomized design with seven inoculation treatments, two controls and one reference strain which used the nutrient solution at pH 4.5. Each treatment had three replications. The all of parameters were measured at 37 days after planting (DAP). Resu It of the experiments showed that mutant Bj 11 (19) inoculated to soybean plant had the highest symbiotic effectiveness. The treatment of Bj 11 {19) could increase the dry weight of t upper crop (64,88%), N-uptake (190,88%), and symbiotic effectiverle$ (65,87%) better than treatments with and without nitrate control and the reference strain, USDA 110.
