| dc.description.abstract | Proses pengeringan lada hitam memerlukan metode pengeringan dengan suhu yang rendah tetapi dengan waktu pengeringan yang singkat, yaitu dengan proses pengeringan absopsi menggunakan absorben kapur api. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui kapasitas dan profil pengeringan absorpsi pada lada; (2) mengetahui efisiensi energi pada proses pengeringan absorpsi pada lada; dan (3) membuat kurva isotermi sorpsi lada dan Ca(0H)2. | |
