| Abstract: | PKM-K idea is motivated by the desire to utilize cassava food products that appeal to support food diversification program. Cassava is the third kind of staple food in Indonesia after rice and maize. PKM-K is carrying cassava processing into food alternatives healthy and nutritious rice combined with quail eggs or tuna fish to supplement the nutrients the body needs.PKM-K's goal is to develop business and community development around the campus of the University. Marketing is carried out by direct or indirect selling. expectations of this program, not only appear profitable business but it can also be an alternative diversification. |
