Abstract: Rice is strategic comodity for national economy in Asian countries, including Indonesia. Therefore, many farmers in Indonesia elaborate rice farming system. West Java is one of Indonesia provinces with high rice production and productivity. Karawang distric, West Java region, become the center of rice production. Rice production mainly depends on irrigation system. Irrigation system is divided into three, namely pimary, secondary, and tertiary irrigation system. Nowdays, the condition of irrigation system, especially tertiary system in Karawang distric has been damaged because of significant decrease of water supply, especially in dry season. Telarsari village is one of the villages in Karawang distric which has problem in tertiary irrigation system. The aims of this research were to estimate economic value of irrigation water in Telarsari Village, Karawang Distric, to estimate farmer’s Willingness to Pay (WTP) for recovering the tertiary irrigation system, and to analyze factors which affecting the value of farmer’s WTP of the tertiary irrigation system. The method of this research were water rent, Willingness to Pay (WTP), and multiple regresion analysis. The object for observation and interview in this research were farmers who get their irrigation water from Jatiluhur Reservoir. The result demonstrated the water rent or contribution of irrigation water was Rp 6.839.880/Ha/MT. Analysis of farmer’s willingness to pay for tertiary irrigation system recovery displayed that 100 percent of farmers respondents were agree to pay for the recovery of tertiary irrigation system. WTP’s average value of farmers respondents was Rp 143.125/Ha/MT and WTP’s total of farmer population in Telarsari village was Rp 25.171.904/MT. Other factors namely farmer’s age, the width of paddy field, and income levels significantly influenced againts farmer’s WTP value in Telarsari village.
