West Java is one of Indonesia provinces with high rice production and productivity. Karawang distric, West Java region, become the center of rice production. Analysis of farmer’s willingness to pay for tertiary irrigation system recovery displayed that 100 percent of farmers respondents were agree to pay for the recovery of tertiary irrigation system. WTP’s average value of farmers respondents was Rp 143.125/Ha/MT and WTP’s total of farmer population in Telarsari village was Rp 25.171.904/MT. Other factors namely farmer’s age, the width of paddy field, and income levels significantly influenced againts farmer’s WTP value in Telarsari village.
