Analisis Pemenuhan Klausul Integrated Management System di PT Tirta Investama Plant Ciherang

Abstract

Integrated Management System (IMS) is a management system consists of some management systems which implemented simultaneously. The objectives of the internship were to identify the integrated system and fulfillment of the IMS clauses in PT Tirta Investama Plant Ciherang. The data were collected by IMS documents review. Fulfillment of the IMS clauses was conducted through pre audit internal to evaluate the documents’ compliance. IMS applied in PT Tirta Investama Plant Ciherang consists of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008, Food Safety Management System FSSC 22000, and Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004. The results of pre audit internal showed that from 124 IMS clauses, it was found that 88% of documents were complied with the system, 1% categorized as major incompliance, 10% minor incompliance, and 1% observation. The corrective and preventive actions were determined afterward for each incompliance and observation
