dc.description.abstractSupply Chain Management (SCM) becomes one of technique to achieve a competitive advantage. The objective of study is mapping of SCM problems, expecially about Controlling on quality product PT ASL Jambi and Palm Oil at PT PKB Bekasi.. This study examines the supply chain of palm oil-based commodities, identifying and analyzing the dominant factors affecting the quality. Next determine how to improve quality and establish quality improvement plans based on palm oil commodities.en
dc.description.abstractSawit merupakan salah satu komoditi pada sektor perkebunan yang mempunyai pertumbuhan paling pesat pada dua dekade terakhir. Kompetisi produk sawit di pasar dunia semakin ketat, sejumlah negara, khususnya negara konsumen secara nyata mempengaruhi terhadap kualitas sawit. Persyaratan mutu sawit yang sesuai dengan standar menjadi peranan penting bagi industri yang menggunakan dan mengolah agar produk yang dihasilkan bermutu tinggi dan seragam. Keseragaman mutu sawit ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya yaitu kegiatan panen, transportasi, pengolahan dan penyimpanan.IND
