Penanganan selama transportasi terhadap hasil tangkapan didaratkan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Nizam Zaxhman: Aspek biologi dan teknis

Abstract

Transportation of catches landed is one of important component in a capture fisheries system. Good catches transportation relate to final target that is the awaking of fish quality which remain to high to consumer, but it still the problem specially for catches transportation to the ocean fishing port Nizam Zachman (PPSNZ) Jakarta. The objective is to know concerning process handling during the transportation of catches landed in PPSNZ Jakarta. Method of scoring was used to solve the problem after analysis result in biology and technique aspects of catch handling during the transportation. A lot of catch volume that landed at PPSNZ (56.888 ton) is from region outside Jakarta, pass land road. The best function value from biology and technique aspects is got in catch from sea, that is each valuable 2,000 and 3,217. Fish transportation must use cold chain system. Its still need to increase hygiene at PPSNZ for trays, floor of fish auction hall and fish dishwater.
