Abstract: Folic acid content had been studied from germinated soybean (Glycine max), peanut been (Arachis hypopaea) and green bean (Vigna radiata). Germination of these legumes resulted in increasing the folacin content. The folacin derivaties Folic Acid (FA) of soybean contain was 5,62 ug/g, Dihydrofolic Acid (DHF) wa 2,41% ug/g, and both were germinated for 72 hours. However the folinic acid content of peanut reached the highest amount of 3.39 ug/g durinthe 72 hours germination.
