Ekstraksi Komponen Aktif Kulit Kayu Kusambi (Schleichera oleosa Merr.) dan Daya Hambatnya Terhadap Kerusakan Nira

Abstract

This research was conducted to prove the ability of kusambi's bark (Schlelchera olsosa MERR.) to work as a persentative for nirs. In the preliminary study, the pH test of nira was required to know the optimum amounts of kusambi's bark for the nira preservation. As 100 g of kusambi's bark can preserve 4 liters nira for 23 hours from the time nira was tapping.
