| Abstract: | Dikeluarkannya pedoman persyaratan penggunaan pemanis buatan dalam SK Kepala Badan POM No. HK.00.05.0.1.4547/2004 memberikan konsekuensi akan perlunya suatu metode analisis untuk penentuan pemanis buatan pada produk pangan yang praktis dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan metode penetapan kadar siklamat pada produk pangan berbasis Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT) guna diimplementasikan dalam kajian paparan siklamat dengan metode Total Diet Study (TDS). |
