Abstract: | Scale-up adalah suatu studi yang mengolah dan rnentransfer data penelitian skala laboratorium ke skala yang lebih besar menyangkut disain proses operasi atau dan perancangan bangunan peralatan. Scaling-up pada skala 30 liter (Pilot-Plant) menggunakan molases sebagai sumber karbon dan konsentarsi starter A.niger L51/NRRL A-11264 sebesar 4% (w/w) pada suhu 35 derajat C pH 4.5, kecepatan aerasi 1 VVM selama 49 jam, menghasilkan aktivitas filtrat enzim amiglukosidase tertinggi (2.267 unit/ml) pada fermentor ber-agitasi 300 RPM yang mengkonsumsi tenaga sebesar 1.092 HP/m3 suspensi kultur atau pada tingkat Koefisien Transfer Oksigen sebesar 0.231 Kg Mole 02/m3 jam atm. |
