Penggunaan Manure Ayam dan Manure Domba sebagai Bahan Campuran Ransum Ayam : Pengaruhnya terhadap Bobot Potongan Komersial Karkas Ayam Petelur Jantan

Abstract

In this study, the right side carcases of male layers were cut to be neck, wing, leg, breast, back and lumbal. The cuts were dissected to be edible and bone. The rations that were given to the chicken were 1) commercial ration as control; 2) commercial ration + 18/0 chicken manure; 3) commercial ration + 10j6 sheep manure; and 4) commercial ration + 5% chicken manure + 5% sheep manure. The results showed that the effect of the addition of 100,/o chicken manure, 100j sheep manure and 596 chicken manure .s 5% sheep manure to the commercial ration, on the weight of cuts a t the same empty body weight and a t the same carcases weight; on the weight of edible i n the cuts at the same total carcase edible; and on the weight of bone i n the cuts at the same total carcase bone weight, mas not significant.
