Abstract: A study was conducted out to collect information on productivity of Etawah-Grade (EG) goats with special emphasis on milk production, reproduction of EG goats, the cost and profitability's of livestock business raising EG goats. Primary and secondary data were collected from Barokah Dairy Farm that raising 69 does, 612 kids and 32 bucks of EG goats located at Cinagaaa Caringin Bogor West Java. EG goats are housed continuously in stall. Lactating EG does consumed 60.9U/0 concentrate. Dry matter intake of lactating does were 3.7% of body weight. The average milks production were 0.99 kg per head per day. Total milk production for a single lactation was 166.53 kg with the length of lactation were 170.0 days. The average of dry-period were 104.61 days. Birth weight of EG kids depend on litter size varied from 263 - 4.29 kg. The average birth weight of EG goats single, twins, triplets and quadruplets were 4.29,408,3.17 and 263 kg respectively. Kids mortality were 11% for EG goats. Prolificacy were 1.89 for EG goats. Percentage of birth of EG goats were 14.15% for single, 57.52% 6270 for twins, 24.35% for triplets, and 3.59% quadruplets respectively. Percentage of male kids birth of EG goats were 5% Service per conception of EG goats were 1.95. The average age of first mating of EG goats were 403.22 days. Therefore, the averages age of first kidding were 634.32 days for EG goats. The average days open of EG goats were 64.19 days. The average pregnancy period of EG goats were 148.87 days. The kidding interval of EG goats were 250.36 days. Estrous exhibited every 2279 days for EG goats. Fixed cost production was a small percentage of the total cost of production in farms. Fixed cost production was 11.63%. The highest component of the cost of production was feed cost (48.870/0) and then followed by labor cost (29.02%). Revenue from milk sales was only 38.84% of its total revenue. A much higher percentage of revenue came from selling goats. Revenue/Cost ratio was 201.
