| Abstract: | Dalam usaha penganekaragaman pangan untuk mencapai swasembada pangan, pati sagu dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pengganti beras . Kandungan pati sagu lebih dari 80 persen dan lebih tinggi daripada kandungan pati beras , yaitu sekitar 78 persen. |
