Pengaruh Gibberellic Acid Pada Benih Jagung (Zea mays L.) yang Didera dan Tidak Didera Etanol terhadap Daya Berkecambah Benih dan Aktivitas Enzym Amilase

Abstract

The experiment was conducted in the Seed Science and Technology Laboratory, Bogor Agricultural University on 1984. Accelerated aging was conducted by the method of Sadjad, using the IPB 77-1 Rapid Aging Machine. The influence of Gibberellic Acid (0, 250, 500 p p ) , dipping periode of GA (0, 5, 10, 15 hours), artificial aging (95 percent etanol vapor) and various interactions of these factors on the germination and 4-amylase enzym activity of "Harapan Baru" corn (@a maye L.) seeds were determined.
