| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi digital
semakin tinggi pemanfaatan teknologi digital maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat
kerjasama.
pedagang. This study aims to determine the influence of digital technology utilization on the cooperation among traders at Pusat Grosir Metro Tanah Abang (PGMTA) Block B. The research involved 35 traders as respondents, with data collected through questionnaires, observations, and supporting interviews. The results show that the level of digital technology utilization is categorized as moderate, mainly reflected in the use of WhatsApp for communication and product promotion. The level of cooperation among traders is also categorized as moderate. The regression analysis indicates a significance value of < 0.05 with an R² of 0.53, which means that digital technology utilization has a significant influence and explains 53 percent of the variation in trader cooperation. Cross-tabulation results reveal a consistent pattern in which higher levels of digital technology utilization correspond to higher levels of cooperation. The interview findings further support that digital technology facilitates smoother communication, coordination, and information exchange among traders. |
