Abstract: Pengelolaan wisata alam pada hakikatnya tidak terlepas dari berbagai hambatan internal maupun eksternal yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan ekowisata Lembah Tepus berdasarkan aspek ekonomi dengan valuasi ekonomi dan aspek sosial dengan analisis SWOT. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode random sampling sebanyak 100 wisatawan dan purposive sampling kepada pengelola wisata. Hasil penelitian metode biaya perjalanan individual (Individual Travel Cost Method/ITCM) menunjukkan pengeluaran biaya perjalanan wisatawan sebesar Rp1.183.875.595/tahun, nilai pendapatan pengelola ekowisata sebesar Rp563.556.851/tahun, surplus konsumen sebesar Rp1.506.889.829/tahun, dan estimasi nilai total ekonomi ekowisata Lembah Tepus mencapai Rp2.143.661.669/tahun. Berdasarkan karakteristik wisatawan, variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan berkunjung wisatawan adalah asal, pendapatan, dan biaya perjalanan. Analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats) menunjukkan alternatif berada di kuadran I, yaitu strategi pertumbuhan.
The management of nature tourism cannot be separated from various internal and external obstacles that affect the sustainability of tourism. This study aims to identify strategies for developing ecotourism in the Tepus Valley based on economic aspects using economic valuation and social aspects using SWOT analysis. Sampling was conducted using random sampling of 100 tourists and purposive sampling of tourism management. The results of the Individual Travel Cost Method (ITCM) shows that tourist travel expenses reach Rp1.183.875.595/year, the income value of tourism managements is Rp563.556.851/year, consument surplus reach Rp1.506.889.829/year and the estimated total economic value of Tepus Valley ecotourism reached Rp2.143.661.669/year. Based on tourist characteristics, the variables that influence tourist visiting decisions are origin, income, and travel costs. The SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) indicates that the alternative is in quadrant I, namely the growth strategy.
