dc.description.abstractCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berperan dalam pemberdayaan komunitas, khususnya pada komunitas pemulung melalui pengelolaan sampah plastik. Penelitian ini menganalisis bentuk pemberdayaan dan menguji hubungan penerapan prinsip pengembangan masyarakat dengan keberhasilan program menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method. Sebanyak 45 pemulung RBU Tangerang Selatan dipilih melalui purposive sampling. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method dengan mengombinasikan penelitian kuantitatif yang di dukung dengan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan tabulasi silang dan korelasi rank spearman, data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan. Hasil menunjukkan program RBU membantu pemulung meningkatkan kualitas hidup. dengan hasil tingkat keberhasilan program tinggi, dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara prinsip pengembangan masyarakat dan keberhasilan program.-
dc.description.sponsorshipCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a role in empowering communities, particularly waste pickers, through plastic waste management. This study analyzes the forms of empowerment and examines the relationship between the application of community development principles and program success using a mixed-method approach. A total of 45 RBU waste pickers in South Tangerang were selected through purposive sampling. The research employed a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative data were analyzed using cross-tabulation and Spearman rank correlation, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with informants. The results show that the RBU program has helped waste pickers improve their quality of life. The program’s level of success is high, with a significant relationship between community development principles and program success.-
