| dc.description.abstract | Pendidikan inklusif merupakan sistem penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada semua peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus untuk mengikuti pendidikan atau pembelajaran pada sekolah reguler. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran sistem pengetahuan (akuisisi, penyebaran, dan pemanfaatan) dan kepemimpinan inklusif komunitas dan manajerial serta peran moderasinya terhadap kepuasan pengajar dan motivasi mengajar para pendidik inklusi pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada rentang Agustus 2024-Agustus 2025 pada 10 besar sekolah dasar inklusi di Kota Bogor sebagai salah satu kota dengan sebaran Peserta Didik Berkebutuhan Khusus terbesar di Jawa Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap 100 pendidik inklusi dan 10 pimpinan sekolah dasar inklusi. Narasumber ahli dari Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bogor dilibatkan sebagai pemberi masukan strategi dan kebijakan yang tepat. Pengolahan data kuantitatif dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dan Importance-Performance Mapping Analysis (IPMA) pada aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Pengolahan data kuanlitatif dilanjutkan menggunakan pemodelan Scenario Planning untuk menghasilkan skenario dan strategi yang tepat dalam pengelolaan pengetahuan pada sekolah dasar inklusi di Kota Bogor. Temuan deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden yang terlibat dalam pendidikan inklusif adalah perempuan yang berperan sebagai guru pendamping. Hasil analisis SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa akuisisi pengetahuan dan kepemimpinan inklusif manajerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengajar dan motivasi mengajar. Sementara penyebaran pengetahuan dan pemanfaatan pengetahuan hanya memengaruhi kepuasan pengajar. Dari uji moderasi, kepemimpinan inklusif komunitas dan manajerial dominan memoderasi pengaruh penyebaran pengetahuan terhadap kepuasan pengajar dan motivasi mengajar. Analisis IPMA menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran dan akuisisi pengetahuan serta kepemimpinan inklusif manajerial menjadi variabel yang memiliki kepentingan tinggi namun memiliki kinerja yang belum optimal. Implikasi penelitian diidentifikasi menggunakan pemodelan Scenario Planning dimana rekomendasi penguatan terhadap fasilitas penyebaran dan akses pengetahuan inklusi, serta apresiasi ide dan inovasi diperlukan dalam mendukung peningkatan kompetensi pendidik inklusi. Pedoman pendidikan inklusif yang seragam, penguatan kepemimpinan inklusif, dan aktivasi Pokja Inklusi Kota Bogor dapat mendorong peningkatan kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif jenjang sekolah dasar di Kota Bogor. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Inclusive education is a system that provides opportunities for all students with special needs to participate in regular schools. The management of the necessary human resources and knowledge for inclusive education remains inadequate. This study examines the role of knowledge systems (acquisition, dissemination, and utilisation) and inclusive community and managerial leadership, as well as their moderating effects on teacher satisfaction and teaching motivation among primary school inclusive educators. This research was conducted from August 2024 to August 2025 in the top 10 inclusive primary schools in Bogor City, one of the cities with the highest number of students with special needs in West Java. Data collection involved questionnaires, interviews, and observations of 100 inclusive educators and 10 inclusive primary school leaders. Experts from the Bogor City Education Office provided input on appropriate strategies and policies. Quantitative data analysis used Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) and Importance-Performance Mapping Analysis (IPMA) via the SmartPLS 4 software. Qualitative data analysis employed Scenario Planning modelling to develop suitable scenarios and strategies for knowledge management in inclusive primary schools in Bogor City. Descriptive results show that most respondents involved in inclusive education are women serving as assistant teachers. SEM-PLS findings suggest that knowledge acquisition and inclusive managerial leadership have a significant influence on teacher satisfaction and teaching motivation. Conversely, knowledge dissemination and utilisation only affect teacher satisfaction. The moderation analysis indicates that community and managerial inclusive leadership primarily moderate the effect of knowledge dissemination on both teacher satisfaction and teaching motivation. IPMA results reveal that knowledge dissemination, acquisition, and inclusive managerial leadership are important variables, but they perform poorly in terms of effectiveness. The study’s implications, identified through scenario planning, recommend improving facilities for knowledge sharing and access, as well as promoting ideas and innovations to enhance inclusive educator skills. Standardising inclusive education guidelines, strengthening inclusive leadership, and activating the Bogor City Inclusion Working Group can help raise the quality of inclusive education at the primary school level in Bogor City. | - |
