Abstract: Domba merupakan ternak ruminansia kecil yang memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia sebagai bahan pangan sumber protein hewani alternatif selain dari daging sapi dan ayam. Seiring meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup tinggi maka kebutuhan daging sebagai salah satu sumber protein hewani turut meningkat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengelolaan dan analisis usaha peternakan sebagai mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan kompetensi selama di perkuliahan khususnya dibidang produk peternakan, menambah keterampilan berbisnis pada produk peternakan khususnya penjualan karkas, melakukan analisis SWOT, analisis keuangan, dan memahami strategi pemasaran suatu perusahaan dengan tujuan mengetahui usaha yang dijalankan tersebut layak untuk dilanjutkan atau tidak.Metode pelaksanaan dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu metode pengambilan data dan metode analisis keuangan. Aspek usaha yang perlu diperhatikan pada analisis usaha karkas meliputi biaya tetap, biaya variabel, evaluasi keuangan, dan manajemen produksi. Manajemen produksi meliputi manajemen pengadaan dan manajemen karkas. Evaluasi keuangan meliputi penerimaan, pendapatan, dan Revenue Cost Ratio. Hasil analisis usaha Uhamka Agrovision 4 bulan didapatkan penerimaan sebanyak Rp. 368.454.150, pendapatan Rp23.294.318, dan Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) 1,6.
Sheep are small ruminant livestock that have great potential to be developed in Indonesia as an alternative food source of animal protein besides beef and chicken. As the population growth is quite high, the need for meat as a source of animal protein also increases. The purpose of livestock business management and analysis activities is to apply knowledge and competencies during lectures, especially in the field of livestock products, increase business skills in livestock products, especially carcass sales, conduct SWOT analysis, financial analysis, and understand the marketing strategy of a company with the aim of knowing whether the business being run is feasible to continue or not. The implementation method is divided into 2, namely the data collection method and the financial analysis method. Business aspects that need to be considered in the carcass business analysis include fixed costs, variable costs, financial evaluation, and production management. Production management includes procurement management and carcass management. Financial evaluation includes revenue, income, and Revenue Cost Ratio. The results of the 4-month Uhamka Agrovision business analysis obtained revenue of Rp368,454,150, income of Rp23,294,318, and a Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) of 1.6.
