dc.description.abstractPT Agro Lestari Merbabu merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi kentang. Namun, kentang yang dihasilkan banyak yang tidak lolos sortasi karena tidak sesuai standar industri, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dilakukan pengolahan menjadi produk keripik kentang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut produk keripik kentang, membuat Business Model Canvas (BMC) keripik kentang PT Agro Lestari Merbabu, serta menganalisis biaya produksi keripik kentang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis konjoin, Business Model Canvas (BMC), dan analisis finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi atribut produk keripik kentang yang paling disukai konsumen adalah rasa original, tekstur tipis renyah, kemasan 60 gram, dan harga di bawah Rp20.000. BMC keripik kentang PT Agro Lestari Merbabu telah dibuat untuk menggambarkan strategi pemasaran dan pengelolaan usaha secara menyeluruh. Dari analisis finansial yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,97 yang artinya R/C ratio >1 bahwa usaha keripik kentang layak untuk dijalankan, dan Break Even Point (BEP) terjadi pada saat produk terjual sebanyak 3.752 bungkus keripik kentang per tahun.-
dc.description.abstractPT Agro Lestari Merbabu is a company engaged in potato production. However, many potatoes produced do not pass sorting because they do not meet industry standards, to overcome this problem, processing is carried out into potato chip products. This study aims to determine consumer preferences for potato chip product attributes, create a Business Model Canvas (BMC) for PT Agro Lestari Merbabu potato chips, and analyze the production costs of potato chips. The methods used include conjoin analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and financial analysis. The results showed that the combination of potato chip product attributes most preferred by consumers were original flavor, thin crispy texture, 60 gram packaging, and prices below Rp20,000. PT Agro Lestari Merbabu's potato chip BMC has been created to illustrate the marketing strategy and overall business management. From the financial analysis that has been carried out, an R/C ratio value of 1.97 is obtained, which means that the R/C ratio> 1 that the potato chip business is feasible to run, and the Break Even Point (BEP) occurs when the product is sold as many as 3,752 packs of potato chips per year.-
