| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen strategis media sosial di Humas Ditjen Minerba Kementerian ESDM. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Instagram lebih banyak digunakan untuk edukasi publik dibanding promosi. Konten dikelola dengan kalender editorial bulanan oleh tim kecil, dengan sepuluh tema strategis seperti prioritas kanal, penyesuaian visual, dan interaksi via YouTube Live. Temuan ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi humas pemerintah dalam membangun transparansi dan strategi komunikasi digital. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study analyzes the strategic management of social media by the Public Relations Department of the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal (Ditjen Minerba) at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that Instagram is used more for public education than promotion. Content is managed through a monthly editorial calendar by a small team, with ten strategic themes such as prioritizing specific channels, adjusting visual content, and encouraging interaction via YouTube Live. These findings offer practical insights for government public relations in building transparency and developing digital communication strategies. | |
