Abstract: Tren hidup sehat mendorong konsumsi pangan organik seperti beras yang menghasilkan bekatul sebagai hasil samping yang kaya nutrisi. Kelompok Tani Parikesit mengolah bekatul menjadi kue bekatul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial, mengetahui faktor pendorong, dan status keberlanjutan usaha kue bekatul. Analisis kelayakan finansial dilakukan dengan indikator NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, PV/K, Payback Period, dan analisis sensitivitas. Analisis keberlanjutan menggunakan metode Multi-Aspect Sustainability Analysis (MSA) dengan empat aspek penelitian yaitu ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, dan kelembagaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa usaha kue bekatul layak dijalankan dengan nilai NPV Rp572.610.619, Gross B/C 1,13 , Net B/C 2,04, IRR 28,49%, PV/K 2,03, dan Payback Period 3,02. Indeks keberlanjutan sebesar 65,75 menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini berkelanjutan dengan aspek lingkungan sebagai aspek dengan nilai keberlanjutan tertinggi dan aspek kelembagaan sebagai aspek dengan nilai keberlanjutan terendah.
Healthy lifestyle trend has encouraged the consumption of organic food such as rice, which produces rice bran as a nutrient-rich by-product. The Parikesit Farmer Group processes rice bran into rice bran cake. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility, identify leverage factors, and assess the sustainability status of rice bran cake business. Financial feasibility was analyzed using NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, PV/K, Payback Period, and sensitivity analysis. Sustainability was assessed using Multi-Aspect Sustainability Analysis (MSA) method, covering economic, social, environmental, and institutional aspects. The results show that the rice bran cake business is financially feasible with an NPV of IDR 812.034.899, Gross B/C 1,16 , Net B/C 2,48, IRR of 29,58%, and a payback period of 3,07. A sustainability index of 64.57 indicates that the business is sustainable. The sustainability index of 65.75 indicates that this business is sustainable, with the environmental aspect having the highest sustainability value and the institutional aspect having the lowest.
