Village Depok. Dibimbing oleh ANITA RISTIANINGRUM.
Hasil sortasi yang masih layak di Nara Kupu Village Depok belum
dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Hal ini memberikan peluang untuk
mengembangkan usaha sayur kale organik menjadi keripik kale. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk merancang pengembangan bisnis melalui pendekatan analisis
SWOT, menilai preferensi konsumen terhadap kombinasi produk dengan metode
Konjoin, serta menganalisis kelayakan usaha dari sisi non finansial dan finansial.
Metode Konjoin digunakan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap 7
kombinasi produk yang dinilai oleh 50 responden, dan hasilnya menunjukkan
bahwa sikap konsumen terhadap produk termasuk dalam kategori baik.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis, usaha keripik kale dinyatakan layak dijalankan. Hal ini
diperkuat dengan hasil perhitungan kelayakan finansial yang menunjukkan NPV
sebesar Rp192.612.133, IRR sebesar 36%, nilai Net B/C sebesar 3,3, Gross B/C
sebesar 1,1, serta Payback Period dalam waktu 4 tahun 4 bulan. AMIRAH HAMIDAH. Business Development of Organic Kale Chips at Nara Kupu Village Depok. Supervised by ANITA RISTIANINGRUM. The sorted kale that remains suitable for use at Nara Kupu Village Depok has not been utilized optimally. This condition creates an opportunity to develop a business by processing organic kale into kale chips. This study aims to design a business development strategy through SWOT analysis, assess consumer preferences for product attribute combinations using the Conjoint method, and analyze business feasibility from both non-financial and financial perspectives. The Conjoint method was employed to determine consumer preferences toward 7 product combinations, as evaluated by 50 respondents. The results indicate that consumer attitudes toward the the analysis, the kale chips business is considered feasible. This is supported by financial feasibility indicators showing a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp192,612,133, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 36%, a Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C) of 3.3, a Gross Benefit-Cost Ratio (Gross B/C) of 1.1, and a Payback Period of 4 years and 4 months. |
